Client had selected a new flagship core banking product to be implemented globally, and Hungary was chosen as the initial target country for transition.
The client needed to analyse their business processes in order to assess how they can be integrated into the new product.
Solution
Thinksoft's domain consultants were deputed to Budapest for this assignment.
They interviewed business users, IT staffers and business analysts from the product vendor team to come out with a detailed process document.
A structured template was used to create the business process mapping document describing the current processes and how they would be implemented using the new system. A process repository was then created using a process documentation tool for maintenance of these business processes.
