Client had a Lending System Application that dealt with the sanctioning, disbursement, collections and reports pertaining to their portfolios.

The key processes of the system were grouped into four modules:

  • Credit Appraisal
  • Repayment Management
  • Collections
  • Reports

The Client engaged Thinksoft to identify potential bottlenecks in system performance in terms of accuracy, scalability and response times.

Thinksoft modeled and simulated the performance of the application at three locations in the country connected by dedicated lease lines.

Performance Test Automation tools were employed to control these environments at Thinksoft test labs in Chennai, India. Queries, front end and back end, were tested for response times.
