• Exercising Budgetary controls

• Preparation of periodic performance reports and adhering to set target time lines
• Should have full understanding of costing system and budgetary control

• CA or ICWA;
• Hands on experience in Tally and MS Office - Essentially in Excel Spread Sheet

• Carry out random daily audit on time sheet process and facilitate project management group updating daily with right project activities
• Update time sheet dash board and discuss with Process head for action
• Track the weekly update of time sheets from project management group and release Project Health charts
• Update the new activities required in the time sheets based on the type of projects thus facilitating the users to use appropriate activities for logging in the efforts (This requires VB/ Access/ SQL/ Excel macro skills)

• Consolidate the project metrics and release Monthly operational metrics
