Asvini Kumar - Founder Director and CEO
With an MBA from one of India's Top Business schools, Asvini has many years of experience in the IT services business, including 15 years as an entrepreneur. He has successfully pioneered the outsourced independent domain focused test services model to help Global 500 firms like Citi Group to improve quality, compress timelines and lower costs, thereby boosting returns from existing IT services budgets.

Vanaja Arvind - Executive Director
During many of her 20 years in IT, Vanaja Arvind has campaigned to bring about improvements in quality and productivity management, project risk management and related areas, as director of an ISP pioneer, an IT shop, at Citibank and IBM Global Services and since 2000 as Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of Thinksoft, a Business Requirements Assurance services company based in India.

Mohan Parvatikar - Independent Director
Mohan holds an engineering degree from IIT - Delhi and an MBA from IIM, Bangalore. He has extensive experience in the Finance sector, having worked for India's largest banks - State Bank of India and one of its largest finance corporations - ICICI. He started his own brokerage firm in 1987 and became a member of Bangalore Stock Exchange.

Vinod Ganjoor - Investor Director
Vinod Ganjoor is the CEO of Eurindia, an early-stage India-Europe Venture fund operating out of offices in London and Bangalore. An MBA from the University of Massachusetts, Boston, USA and a Masters in Finance from the London Business School, he has over 15 years of professional experience as a Venture Capitalist, Credit /Bond Analyst and Corporate Banker.
