A leading blue chip multinational bank decided to out-source to Thinksoft, the testing of their releases of a CRM application using Siebel 2000 (Thinksoft had to take over this responsibility from one of the top consultancy firms). During a 3-day product training at an onsite location, the client was impressed by the ability of the team to learn, not only the application, but also the proprietary regression automation testing tool.

During this time, the client had to respond to a crisis arising out of critical application defects in production, and Thinksoft's test team was, at very little notice, requested to do a comprehensive testing of the application. The team took up this challenge, extended their stay, and completed the testing to the customer's total satisfaction.
